The purchase includes an admission ticket for the selected package. In case of cancellation of participation in the event, the payment is non-refundable. You have the option to resell your admission ticket to another person, provided you send us the full details of the new participant via email. The organizer reserves the right to refuse registration and reject applications for the event without providing a reason. The decision to accept or reject the application will be communicated to the main contact email address provided in the registration form.

Spots in the hostel are strictly limited, and accommodation can only be booked with an event ticket. To make a reservation for a group, please book a spot for yourself and then email us at dancecamp@youcandoit.pl with the names of those you wish to share a room with.

Due to the dynamic nature of choreographer bookings and the terms of their contracts, which are tailored to their career development, we inform you that the lineup and schedule may change, and tickets are non-refundable. In the interest of our participants, we assure you that any changes will be communicated as soon as possible.

The organizer reserves the right to cancel the event or a specific stage in the event of insufficient registrations. In this case, all costs will be refunded.
